5. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders below €399 are subject to a €29.99 shipping fee, while orders of €399 or more qualify for free shipping.
Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days. After processing and hand-off for transportation, estimated transit time is 9–12 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate periods, and transit estimates are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date.
Shipping may be handled through DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Applicable tracking information is provided after shipment according to the applicable shipping process.
Applicable taxes and related tax costs are included in product prices as provided for the order. Logistics providers handle applicable customs clearance directly. Under normal circumstances, you should not need to make an additional payment for applicable taxes or customs clearance at delivery.

6. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order before it has shipped. If an eligible cancellation is successfully processed before shipment, the order will receive a full refund through the original payment method and to the original payment account.
Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled through the standard cancellation process. If you no longer need an item after shipment, you should generally wait for delivery and review the applicable return and refund procedures.
These rules do not limit any statutory withdrawal, cancellation, return, refund, or other consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

The voluntary 60-day commercial return policy is separate from statutory consumer rights. Where a Germany/EU consumer has an applicable 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, that right is independent of the voluntary commercial return policy and is not replaced or reduced by the 60-day commercial return period.
Where applicable, qualifying consumers may also have statutory protection relating to defective or non-conforming products, including legally available repair, replacement, price reduction, termination, refund, or other remedies.
For personal-reason commercial returns, applicable return transportation costs may be the customer's responsibility and reasonable costs may be deducted where legally permitted. For eligible commercial returns, after the returned product has been received and verified, a refund is generally initiated within 1–3 business days. The actual time for funds to appear in the original payment account may depend on the relevant financial institution or payment method.
